Requirement Communication
✅ Online Consultation or On-site Discussion: Understand customer needs, project concepts, preferred board brands, material types, pricing, and craftsmanship requirements.
✅ Confirm Requirements and Direction: Pay a deposit and schedule on-site measurement.
Measurement & Design
✅ Initial Measurement: Designers visit the site for communication, measurement, and photos.
✅ Design Preparation: Develop initial designs based on measurements and customer preferences.
Plan Confirmation
✅Preliminary Proposal: Provide design drawings, detailed specifications, and 3D renderings.
✅Revisions & Adjustments: 2–3 rounds of communication and modifications to finalize the solution.
✅Final Confirmation: Confirm the final plan and proceed with order placement.
✅Re-measurement: Conduct a final check of measurements. For unfinished sites, floor leveling and ceiling completion are required before re-measurement.
Production & Delivery
✅Contract Signing: Both parties sign and stamp the contract.
✅Order Production: Monitor progress closely and maintain active communication with customers.
✅Delivery Preparation: Confirm delivery details and schedule.
Installation & Inspection
✅Logistics & Delivery: Confirm delivery type, method, and destination.
✅On-site Installation: Arrange technicians for professional installation.
✅Final Inspection: Conduct detailed inspection and collect customer feedback.
After-sales Service
A dedicated after-sales team ensures prompt response, including order registration, feedback handling, appointment scheduling, and on-site repair service.
